i liked the free shuttle service they provided. it was a bonus for getting around. house keeping was also good. i had a Queen Room Two Queen Beds Non-Smoking.
the room had a strange smell, i think a dampness was present mixed with stale air. you do get used to it, yet overtime you enter the door the smell enters your nostrils. AC was quite LOUD.

the complimentary shuttle service offered transportation within a reasonable radius, which proved convenient.
The room showed signs of wear. The furniture looked quite dated, and the bathroom fixtures needed updating. the noise from adjacent rooms was noticeable. Thin walls impacted the overall stay negatively. i had difficulty sleeping due to conversations and activity audible through the walls late into the night.

The location proved convenient, situated just off the riverwalk. The hotel provided a good on-demand shuttle service within a two-mile radius, which I utilized several times. I found the shower to be quite good, offering plenty of hot water for a relaxing experience.
The gym did not have water available.

The hotel has a fitness center that includes treadmills and weight machines. The outdoor pool area features ample seating. The premises were clean and well maintained .

the front desk staff provided amazing service, very helpful and pleasant.
the room i was assigned to was not properly cleaned, a significant issue. the carpet and floors felt sticky to the touch, not hygienic. the restaurant associated with the hotel looked overpriced and the food served was overcooked (my steak was tough).
