My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable overall. The rooms were surprisingly pleasant, up-to-date, clean, and modern. The cleanliness and comfort of the beds made it a great place to stay the night before my cruise. However, there were a few instances where room service seemed to have missed my room, and service staff would enter without knocking at times.

The hotel came through with an extra to give me the cushiness I desired with clean and quiet rooms, but they were small. I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with good beds and a bit of a view of the river, even though the room wasn't ready at check-in.
